Year Two and Beyond – Creating a Life You Love

East Coast Recovery Services (ECRS) has created a Recovery Coaching Program for individuals who have achieved a year or more in recovery and want to take their lives to the next level.

All kinds of people use coaching for goal setting, planning, skill-building, conflict resolution and creativity. People in recovery utilize specially trained coaches while they are developing a healthier lifestyle free from mood altering behaviors.

Our coaches help ensure that clients' pursuits are fueled by healthy motivation and built upon solid foundations. They help you develop a plan of action that is free from compulsive/addictive behaviors and rich in healthy ambitions and practicality.
