Getting the Most from Technology
You will need to have access to a phone.
If you wish to keep in touch between coaching sessions, you will
need to know how to receive, read, download attachments and reply
to emails.
You will need a computer and internet access to take advantage
of our library of downloads.
If you have a computer with video camera, sound and high-speed
internet access, you can participate in individual coaching
sessions and special workshops online.
Getting the Most Out of Your Sessions
You will get out of coaching what you can retain and put to use
in your life. Coaching sessions run about 45 minutes. During the
last 5 minutes of the call you will be asked to summarize what you
learned, what was valuable and what you are going to do as a result
of the day's coaching session.
Changes & Cancellations
We request that you make our schedules calls/meetings a
priority. On the rare occasion you need to reschedule, please let
ECRS know at least 24 hours in advance. Except in the case of an
emergency, you will be charged for last minute cancellations or
missed calls. Your time will start as agreed; you are responsible
for calling in on time.
Payment
Payment is due per your Coaching Agreement. Please mail checks
so that they arrive before the start of your sessions. After
payment is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation
email. If bill paying or money management is currently a problem,
we will focus on that during your coaching session. Payments can
also be made using credit cards.
Additional Contact
Email contact is included in our coaching relationship. You may
email at any time as much as you would like, with questions,
requests for support, sharing wins, etc. Brief unscheduled phone
contact is also included in the basic agreement. Coaching clients
are free to call and check-in. If your coach is not available, you
may leave a confidential voice message and they will return your
call as soon as possible.
Initial Coaching Period
Clients are asked to commit to work with a coach for a period of
3 to 6 months. The benefits of coaching build over time. In order
to make this experience as valuable as possible, we encourage you
to make this commitment to yourself.
Ending Coaching
Although coaching is designed to be a long term relationship, it
doesn't need to be continuous. There may be times when you believe
that you do not need the extra support. Please communicate this
desire to us as we believe this to be a positive. We also want you
to realize that should circumstances change, you can re-connect
with just a phone call. If at any time you are dis-satisfied,
please talk to us immediately so that we can work to resolve any
issue that are impeding you getting your needs met.
